Mets game then off to Brooklyn for pizza followed by a tour of the ESPN Zone.
Thanks honey :). I could have guessed that's what you'd do, since I think you did almost all of that the last time you were there. BUT I would really like some ideas people!?
there is so much to do!!! I seriously need to do some research to answer this! Since I haven't been there before, I would have to go to time square, get some NY pizza, be down town to experience the hustle and bustle and take the metro (or whatever its called there) to someplace. Let me do some research and get the rest of my day planned. Are you going to be there for a day sometime soon?what would you do?
I would look for famous people. When my family lived in Virginia, we visited NY. I was about 10 years old. I remember our car getting broken into and they stole the diaper bag (that's where most woman keep their purse). Luckily, there was just diapers in it.
I've never been to NYC so I'd be partial to all of the typical tourist activities. First order of business: hot dog at one of the famous hot dog stands, then I'd hit up a corner selling cheap coach purses and wallets (I have no shame), if it's winter then I'm ice skating in central park or Rockefeller Center, speaking of Central Park--I'd walk or take a tour through it, visit ground zero, go to the top of the empire state building, and find really cool cafes and places to stop and eat along the way.
